Cecilia Fajardo-Hill es historiadora del arte y curadora de arte moderno y contemporáneo, basada en el sur de California. Fajardo-Hill tiene un doctorado en Historia del Arte por la Universidad de Essex, Inglaterra, y una maestría en 20th Century Arte Historia del Instituto de Arte Courtauld, de Londres, Inglaterra. Fajardo-Hill fue curadora jefe y vicepresidente de Asuntos Curatoriales en el Museum of Latin American Art, MOLAA in Long Beach, California, entre 2009 y 2012. Fue directora y curadora en jefe de Cisneros Fontanals Arts Foundation (CIFO) y Ella Fontanals Cisneros Collection, Miami,  EE.UU. entre 2005 y 2008, y directora general de la Sala Mendoza, Caracas, Venezuela, entre 1997 y 2001. Ha curado y organizado numerosas exposiciones colectivas e individuales de artistas internacionales como Susan Hiller y Mona Hatoum, y artistas contemporáneos emergentes y de media carrera de América Latina, como Johanna Calle, Mariana Castillo Deball, Leandro Erlich y Javier Téllez. Fajardo-Hill ha publicado ampliamente sobre arte y artistas contemporáneos de América Latina.

Cecilia Fajardo-Hill is an art historian and curator of modern and contemporary art based in southern California. Fajardo-Hill received her PhD in art history from the University of Essex, England, and holds a masters in 20th century art history from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London, England. Fajardo-Hill was the chief curator and vice president of curatorial affairs at the Museum of Latin American Art, MOLAA in Long Beach, California from 2009 to 2012. She was the director and chief curator of the Cisneros Fontanals Arts Foundation (CIFO) and Ella Fontanals Cisneros Collection in Miami from 2005 to 2008 and the general director of the Sala Mendoza in Caracas, Venezuela between 1997 and 2001. She has curated and organized numerous collective and individual exhibitions from internationally acclaimed artists such as Susan Hiller and Mona Hatoum as well as emerging and established contemporary Latin American artists such as Johanna Calle, Mariana Castillo Deball, Leandro Erlich, and Javier Téllez. She has published a wide array of works about contemporary Latin American art and artists.
